Built a premium fitness brand for a boxing academy that wanted to separate itself entirely from gym culture and position training as a serious discipline.

The Challenge

Z10 operated in a market saturated with aggressive gym branding built around energy drinks and motivational slogans. The founder wanted something that felt more like a performance institute — serious, disciplined, and aspirational — but lacked the brand language to communicate that difference.

Strategy

We repositioned Z10 around the concept of discipline as identity. Not a place where people come to exercise — a place where people come to be serious. The brand system was designed to feel more like a professional sports institution than a fitness business.

We developed a brand identity grounded in precision and grit. The positioning framed Z10 not as a gym but as a school of discipline — where the brand language, visual system, and content direction all reinforced the idea that training here is different.
